Resilience means in the dictionary 'ability to recover readily from illness, depression, adversity, or the like; buoyancy.' My meaning for resilience is to bounce back from something. It could be the examples in the dictionary definition or it could be something completely different but we all have had to show resilience in one way or another. One form of resilience is when we have to accept grief. When I experience grief, I tend to be one my own, make origami, bake cakes and kick a soccer or AFL ball with my Dad at the park. When I play sport, it makes me forget a bit about my problem and enjoy the sport that I'm playing and that is why I love the sport so much. Here is a YouTube video that I believe shows resilience.

Great resilience post! The ways I repair my grief are.... eating ice cream, shopping, watching pretty little liars, listening to one direction, eating chocolate and spending time on my own as well.
